My wife and I enjoyed this special kimchi-jeon. It was made of kimchi and pork. It was really good for a light meal. We ate 3 plates of kimchi-jeon that night.
I'll be missing this kind of food when I'm out of Korea. Maybe we can make some kimchi-jeon if we can get a good kimchi there. Hopefully!
